Setting Up your Schedule

In order to make yourself available to take lesson bookings you first of all need to set up your coaching schedule.  To do this, once you are logged in, navigate to your coach user role.

Once you are in your coach user role, click on the ‘View My Schedule’.

You will then be redirected to another page with three tabs.  Tab one is where you can start to add your coaching availability.

To get started click on the plus icon to present a menu. From this menu select, Add weekly Recurring Schedule.  In this pop up you can select your first day, a start time and an end time.  You also have the option to choose if you want to take lesson bookings on the hour only, on the hour and half hour or every 15 minutes.

Once you have filled out the fields, click save and you will notice the grey blocks appear in your schedule which reflects your availability.  This schedule will reappear in your schedule automatically every week.
