Booking System

Your booking system is what your customers will see when they visit your GLF.Connect System.  It is the place your customers will go to book a private lesson, sign up to a class or see what’s available at your facility.

Luckily for you, your booking system will be created for you.  You don’t need to do anything in order to get setup.  This chapter is really just pointing out that the booking system is there and how it works and also to show you how to access it.  In later chapters when we discuss creating classes, once you create your class it will be published to your booking system so understanding how it is put together will help you when creating classes.

The front end of your booking system will look like this….

This is what your customers see, a collection of one to one booking filters and class filters.  You will notice when you click on a one to one filter, for example Private Lessons, you are redirected to the schedule view where you can select a time slot with a coach of your choice.  When you select a class filter you are then requires to select a sub filter and then finally the class you want to book onto.

To access the back end of your booking system you need to navigate to Booking Admin and Booking System filters. This will take you to a list view of all the filters where you can make updates should you require.
