This course will provide you with all the information you need to successfully deliver your Play 9 sessions.  Whether you are a GM just needing to understand the Play 9 process and how to help your team or if you are PPD delivering the sessions…we have you covered! This short course covers a number of areas including Creating Play 9 Group and Private Sessions, adding media feedback to members’ GLF Connect accounts and adding notes to the Customer Care List on the web and app.

Once again, you can complete this module in one go by progressing through the lessons or return to it at any time as your progress will be saved as you progress. After the completion of a lesson, simply click the complete button to move to the next step.
